However, we reserve the right to remove any content from VoicePad at any time, for any reason (including if someone alleges you contributed content in violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion and without notice.
You agree to use VoicePad only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
VoicePad offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website.
Our free version comes loaded with nearly all features, offering a sneak peek into our upgraded version. If you're ready for longer recordings and superior models, upgrading to our paid plan is an option. But if you find it's not what you need anymore within 30 days, please send us an email at mail@voicepad.co, and we'll happily refund you. No questions asked.
If you're a monthly subscriber, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but there will be no refunds for the remaining period of the subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VoicePad at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
